Pots and Pans Tip

January 2, 2014 — Leave a comment

I hope you all had a great holiday season!

I’ve been pretty absent on the blog lately, but I’ve been working hard doing a lot of fun projects. Now I just have to wrangle all the photos and sit down and write the posts!

Here is just a quick little post about pots and pans. I know, not quite ‘interior decorating’ related but it is sort of a DIY tip so here it is:

Use a screw driver to tighten pot lids and handles. What??

Okay, so maybe it isn’t revolutionary but I remember a few years ago when one of my pot lids was wiggling and I thought ‘dang it, I don’t want to buy a new pot!’ when I realized, duh, it’s just a screw that I can tighten. Then I was like, what? How is it food safe to have screw right there and how does it not rust? Anyway, that isn’t the important part, the important thing is that you can take 30 seconds and fix that loose pot lid or handle.

I'm a single female homeowner who loves all things interior decorating. Especially if it involves thrifting.
